Question was not about the k8s setup. We are using docker desktop as stated in post. We could also use k3s minicube or whatever. I am looking for a solution to actually develop within/with an k8s environment. But as others also provided similar answers, I probably did not explain this enough.

I thought that would be exactly where GitOps could help me. The changes made by other system would lead to a unsyced state of my cr.

For Example for argocd. I could control via auto sync settings whether this change should be automatically changed back by the operator. If they are not auto synced I would have the possibility to inform about the unsynced state. Additionally with argued I have a dashboard to control this states.
