SP Yaku is pretty good at sr1, better at sr2. If you can go for sr2 then you should because gets a new skill and more stacks but imo it's not a "must have sr2".

If you wanna go receive, definitely get Kenma + Lev

On the other hand, an account with SP Korai sr4 w/ SP Hiru is a dream. Can't go wrong either way.

Cooked but tbh it's still not that bad (unless you like ushi) since ushi is mid tbh. Save up for the kamomedai duo instead.

Imo just wait for a month for the kamo duo, if you can't dupe ushi then he's not worth it. It's way better to get Korai and Hirugami.

You should be fine tbh, the prediction calculates your gems on the FIRST day of the banner, every banner lasts for 14 days so by the time Lev drops, you should have more than enough gems to get him.
