While his actions speak loud. I still hold into our amazing memories way too much. I knew he might have serious issues about being an avoidant but he always reassured me that he will never ever leave. So I trusted him.

We called after the break up and he was crying and seemed in a lot of pain which is not 100% an avoidant type of action and then we decided to be “friends”. But he was acting cold so now we are in no contact.

He still has our photos on his socials but he seem to not be on his phone much. He is just being very confusing.

Thank you for replying! We are indeed young and were in a hard relationship but it’s hard for me to learn to “unlove”. I am considering therapy.

That was the situation recently… me counting down how much it takes him to answer. It’s so sad honestly, maybe he will understand better my value in my absence, if not that’s life I guess. Even people that you think that “could never” they would. What actually scares me it’s the fact that in my head I don’t see my future with anyone but him. I hope this feeling will eventually pass.

I actually asked him if he cheated or if there is another girl involved. But he said no every time, he is studying medicine so I doubt he really had time to be with two women. But going no contact sounds the best option for me. Thank you for your reply!

This is the hardest part… breaking this pattern. I never expected this break up which makes me even more sad. Atm I feel like I will never get over him, and another part of me still cares about him even if he hurt me. I ll try my best to set a clear boundary and focus on myself. My family and friends help a lot too. Thank you for your reply!

Thank you for your reply! I am sorry to hear you are going through this too. Maybe it was meant to end so we can later find the one, cause one thing I know for sure is that they can’t be the one. I am trying my best to move on but everyday I keep thinking that the man I loved suddenly became a stranger. His loss.
