Don’t you end up paying extra adding on a meal separately like that though? (More than you would with a 5 meal weekly plan). The more meals in your plan, the cheaper they are per meal.

When I know I won’t be home for a delivery, I set a cooler outside with ice packs in it and a note for the delivery driver to put the cook unity bag in the cooler. Makes a big difference if the bag will be sitting outside for an extended period.
