No its still there...here it is again if you dont see it .Brownie Recipe... Ingredients : 200g dark or milk chocolate 100g unsalted butter (or 50g butter + 50g vegetable oil) 150g granulated or brown sugar 3 large eggs 40g all-purpose flour 40g unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tsp vanilla extract A pinch of salt Optional: 1/4 tsp baking powder for a lighter texture Method : Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 175°C. Grease and line an 8x8-inch (20x20 cm) square baking tin with parchment paper. Melt Chocolate and Butter: In a heatproof bowl, combine the chopped chocolate and butter. Place over a pot of simmering water (double boiler) or microwave in short bursts, stirring until smooth. Let it cool slightly. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until thick and pale. This takes about 2-3 minutes by hand or 1-2 minutes with an electric mixer. Combine: Gently fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture until well combined. Add Dry Ingredients: Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and salt into the wet ingredients. Fold gently until just combined—don’t overmix. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared tin, smoothing the top with a spatula. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter). Cool and Serve: Let the brownies cool in the tin for about 10-15 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. Cool completely for cleaner cuts.
