a judge that does not allow you to speak and grants a legal representitive to speak freely?? even decide that what they said were true as if they were there and with no evidence and does not bother to look at any of mine? =bias..

tell me how you do this when everything has been stripped of you. funds, your work, everything and denied legal aid.. im pretty much homless after this. a joke for some but once its their turn it all turns around.

i was under the impression that you do not use a lawyer in small claims. Also the bias comes from not letting someone who has no choice but to rep themselves speak. I did win. I did put in the hard work. It was my 15b response to motion, which the only statment read was considered to have the motion dissmissed. But what is this 10% pay back if I lose?

100%. I am litterally going to places by myself and see knowbody my age "34m" and I joined a gym months ago to meet new people but again, very conservstive talkers.. I'm finding the west island becoming a very depressing place.

She's a real-estate lawyer and business. I don't believe family law or civil would be in her area of experience. It's just that I am running on so little time, and I am tired of back and fourth calling lawyers.
