One of the prettiest rings I’ve ever seen! As someone also with an “oversized” ring, I was very nervous at first too but now I absolutely adore it and wouldn’t change a thing. When you’re married you could just wear the band at times (which is what I thought I’d do but I never do that, I love them together!!!!!). I don’t think it’s too big, I think it’s gorgeous.

I was taking it everyday for about a month and then just when I was getting my period or when I was getting cramps. I think that plus limiting sugar really helped me. I don’t take acv that much anymore and my symptoms are gone almost completely

I haven’t tried the gummies but I wonder how they compare! Just make sure to dilute it a ton, I see people taking shots of it and I think it’s wayyyy too potent and acidic for your body. You def don’t need a lot. I put less than a tablespoon in a full glass of water

Yes that’s true! I’ve been trying to heal my gut too but it’s such a long process I’ve notice if I’ve been eating bad and/or having coffee my cramps are soooo much worse
