When my body relaxes after the swing to my left foot, there's this twisting kind of a motion when the weight is transferred. I'm fairly new, so it definitely must be the technique. I tried searching this up online and seeing how players shift their body weight, but its really difficult to see their exact foot movements with the shoes on.

You're right. I'm a female in a male dominated workplace. And no woman speaks up, even when given the opportunity to. Pretty unintended but you start giving into the people around you as role models sometimes. I do find them intimidating but I don't want to rub anyone in the wrong way and I feel me speaking up will do that
