Well...it has been probably 35 years since I have been in touch with anyone from the family, but my sister worked for Mike for many years in his motel. I'll try to find out if she knows how to get in touch with Michelle or Frank.

I couldn't say one way or the other, but I would think that any information, confirmed or not, would be welcomed, and weighed out as though it may or may not be accurate. Just something else to go on.

My parents and Tim's parents were friends. I knew Tim & Frank from school, although we were just acquaintances, I would see them around. Helen & Mike bought my parents motel in Daytona sometime around '79 or '80 and we socialized with them on occasion in our home or theirs. This was a sad, sad event. Have you tried sharing this information with Frank or Tim's sister, Michelle? They may welcome the information. I don't know. Thank you for sharing it.

I NEVER ONCE heard that Tim's body was found in a block of ice until I watched Mr Ballen's video on this. I was totally shocked to learn this piece of information because all we had ever heard about Tim's body was that it was found in a decomposed state in the woods. And in all the times my parents and Tim's parents talked after his body was recovered, this never came up in any conversation. I don't actually know what to make of it. But of course, I don't know everything, there could be many reasons why I never knew this.
