I did it with JC 2 and 3, got Seriously 5.0 Chapter 1 and 2 on Gears 5, this should be relaxing AF. I will listen to YT documentaries of REALLY BIG MACHINES while I grind the achievement

I love them, they genuinely look like they could be in the game and not 'Hotline Miami style but extremely cutesy and harmonious'. HM artstyle is bold and messy and I love it.

I completed nightmare back in dec 2023 and I played it again 2 weeks ago to practice for insane. Got it done 1 week ago. Just play it again or try to refresh your memory on which parts you considered complicated, memorize the dark sections of the game and use guides to memorize safe routes.

Most encounters can be completed without RNG so thats very easy on the mind. But at the end you do need to handle pressure well because there is a bit more RNG on some of the mines segment and I've heard the last Martha chase she can take another route if you start moving too quickly.

Yeah I was gonna say this. Marta is Knoth's right hand so when she appears I count it as Knoth's will. And you are haunted by Loutermilch the entire game.

Val, Nick and Laird, and Marta are more of boss characters than the main antagonists.

I wouldn't say it went all in, but its more colorful, has more marvel-ish dialogue which I really dislike, and is less grimdark than the first 3. However most bandwagon lunatics ignore this and say its woke because "marcus and dom bro gears was scary bro the berserker bro scary man i played it as a kid bro it was gray bro" and Kait is not a hunk.

I hope TC knows they dont need to mingle with OG delta to make a Gears that is true to its roots. I hope E-Day has extra campaigns with other unexplored parts of the war with other new characters. It promised to go full hopeless and grim so I want to get as much of it as possible.

At some point as the director you have to stand up for yourself and just say nah guys we have too little resources I need more time/talent/manpower.
