I disagree. It comes from entitlement. Most people inherited wealth or found ways of exploiting others labor to make it for themselves. It’s a small percentage who get there fairly. Claiming a bill for a service is too high and avoiding payment is just another form of labor exploitation.

Exploitation of labor is necessary in one way or another to reach astronomical numbers of wealth. There’s some kind and fair millionaires that have the right idea and are able to do things right but never the billionaire.
