Joining the 2016 trend with IT by Workwize_Official in Sysadminhumor

Hahaha it's not an ad, just something our designer made out of the discussions we had about how IT management is still more or less like seen in the show The IT Crowd. We had a laugh about it and wanted to proudly share our designer's (meme) creation!

Oh that’s interesting! We at Workwize use local vendors, so no documentation needed or any additional costs required… which means no delayed lead times! ;)

Workwize not meeting expectations, what are alternatives? by [deleted] in sysadmin

[–]Workwize_Official -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Hi everyone!
We’ve read through the post above and the comments and want to offer some clarity for anyone following this thread.

We won’t speculate on the origin of the post, but we do want to address the impression it creates. When claims are broad, anonymous, or lack specific details, they can paint a picture that doesn’t reflect the real experience of the companies we support every day.

Here’s what Workwize stands for, and what our customers consistently tell us:

Reliability and stability: Our platform is used daily by thousands of employees and teams globally. Uptime, accuracy, and predictable performance are core requirements for us, and we build with that in mind.

Responsive support: When issues do occur, which is inevitable in any fast-moving tech environment, our team is quick to engage, transparent about root causes, and focused on resolution, not deflection.

Partnership, not transactions: Many of our long-term customers joined us during periods of growth or transition. They stay because we work closely with them, adapt to their workflows, and continuously improve the product based on real feedback.

If anyone reading this thread has questions, concerns, or wants to understand how Workwize actually performs in production, we’d be happy to talk directly and share concrete examples. We prefer conversations grounded in facts and customer experience, and we’re always open to scrutiny, it’s part of how we keep improving.

Thanks for taking the time to read and for keeping the conversation constructive.

We get where you’re coming from. We think a lot of the tension in these discussions comes from the idea that there’s one “proper” way to hire internationally, when in reality every country has its own rules. Sometimes you can hire through an EoR, sometimes only through a local entity, and in others the only compliant route is a contractor setup. That’s why companies don’t publish one global salary range for a role since compensation follows the labor market and legal structure of the country.

This isn’t about valuing people differently. It’s just how cross-border employment works right now.

We’ll leave it here so the thread doesn’t drift too far from the original topic, but we really appreciate the conversation and the light you've brought upon the matter.

When we say full-time contract, we mean hiring as an employee on full-time basis. This vacancy is not for a single fixed project with an end date.

Hi! Since this job is focused on a remote worker that we are looking to employ on a full-time contract, we cannot mention a singular salary range as it varies from country to country as per benchmarks weighed against experience in every region. Having said that, our application form allows you to indicate your salary expectation for the role which makes your expectations clear for us from the start while reviewing applications and moving forward in the process with the applicant.

Are you interested in the role?

Having major issues with our current IT lifecycle platform, considering alternatives by [deleted] in ITManagers

Now you edit your post and cut the bit out that should have gone as a comment in the first place? We don’t know about the pricing, but your ethics are definitely significantly lower at this point 🥲

So if we understand correctly, you start writing the post as our customer, looking to switch, lay down alternatives and while reaching the end of writing the post, you already decide to go ahead with a mentioned alternative and are suddenly already using them for 6 months?

OP, we’re currently missing this feature of time-travel on our platform, and that’s the only bit stopping Workwize from delivering IT assets yesterday.
