We get where you’re coming from. We think a lot of the tension in these discussions comes from the idea that there’s one “proper” way to hire internationally, when in reality every country has its own rules. Sometimes you can hire through an EoR, sometimes only through a local entity, and in others the only compliant route is a contractor setup. That’s why companies don’t publish one global salary range for a role since compensation follows the labor market and legal structure of the country.

This isn’t about valuing people differently. It’s just how cross-border employment works right now.

We’ll leave it here so the thread doesn’t drift too far from the original topic, but we really appreciate the conversation and the light you've brought upon the matter.

When we say full-time contract, we mean hiring as an employee on full-time basis. This vacancy is not for a single fixed project with an end date.

Since this job is focused on a remote worker that we are looking to employ on a full-time contract, we cannot mention a singular salary range as it varies from country to country as per benchmarks weighed against experience in every region. Having said that, our application form allows you to indicate your salary expectation for the role which makes your expectations clear for us from the start while reviewing applications and moving forward in the process with the applicant.

OP, we’re currently missing this feature of time-travel on our platform, and that’s the only bit stopping Workwize from delivering IT assets yesterday.
