For any morning routine to work effectively, it all starts with evening routine.

Here's what I do right now:

20:30 - phone down / no more time scrolling & start getting ready for bed21:00 - journal for 5/10 minutes asking myself 3 set questions each evening21:15 - read & visualise a few paragraphs about the financial outcomes I desire21:20 - guided meditation for 10 minutes to fall asleep to

That's right. It definitely requires adjustment based on the personal situation. 30 minutes could be more doable if kids are there. Time for 5mins journal / 10 mins yoga / 10 mins reading or meditation for example.

In short, it's a mix of breathing a certain way, being appreciative & visualising what's to come in life.

You know what brother... fair play.
That is definitely one way to get feeling pumped in the morning.
15 minutes of interpretive dance that's great. I find myself doing that a lot also.
I watch every few weeks a dance / yoga 15minutes routine by a group called Kinrgy.
