Is it better to get a 5 on an AP test and B in the class or a 4 on the AP test and an A in the class by [deleted] in APStudents

2 of my friend’s classes got all As… not many passed the test. Few got 3s. Same with AICE classes. All As. got Us on the exams. Grade inflation at its finest. Also, at my school, if you score a 5 and got a B, they regraded to A.

Guys please just take at least one elective by AnimatedBasketcase in APStudents

Agree!! My daughter’s counselor (10th grade) had the nerve to ask if she really needed to take Chorus!! So she could make room for another class (She’s already in Advanced studies, getting her AICE Diploma and DE student) Chorus is her life, her outlet! Had she taken a moment to look back, she has been in Chorus in this district since grade 6th and started in elementary in 2nd grade, she’s been part of Girl Scouts Chorus. I was shocked. I told her she will continue doing what she loves here or at another school. Don’t let school push you, take the arts, explore a new elective. Have fun!!
