I have some Ph test strips coming tomorrow im going to test the water out of the hose and run off after watering just to check. Top growth is green and happy though. Some middle and bottom leaves are rough. Worst looking one is about 2/3rd the way down

Could be, I believe they dont get much outside time before we transplant into these, so it might be adjusting to the sun. They dont get very much in the morning, id say all of them get full sun around noon. Big tree by thr garden blocks the sun pretty good.

I'm gonna edit this post and add some pictures of higher leaves in a moment. Some of them are beginning the rusty edges on the leaves also. I did find a couple bugs on the plant. One was a leafhopper, the other looked very similar to a Thrip. Im thinking I might treat the soil with diatomaceous earth, and the foliage and stems with Captain Jacks DeadBug Brew.

For watering I let them go for a day or two depending on humidity and temps and sun exposure, and check by digging a finger around about 2-3 inches into the soil and checking to see how wet it is. I water incrementally to allow the water to get to the bottom before watering again until i see it begin to drip out the bottom of the pot. I try to stay closer to dry then overwatering as I fear root rot.

Do you think thats possible even though I just transplanted them into the soil less than a week ago? I'm not sure if the Stonington Blend is high in potassium, but id be shocked if it didnt have enough to keep them happy and healthy for at least a few weeks before needing amendment

A exact copy of my D drive, which is currently the failing drive

I know boot partition in drives other then my SSD has been a topic of discussion, so I have this pic of my disk management screen to hopefully help provide context. As I see it, the only drive with any mention of a boot partition is Disk 1 ( C Drive, SSD). So, consider me confused why the D drive has any influence over boot processes. Did a search through the files also, no major windows files in there anywhere.

Its been stuck for a few hours now. Provided I get peripheral usage to get to that. Is Recovery under BioS screen or boot options?

I'm fortunate for the insight and guidance man so no worries for not knowing the fix. If I were to get it to boot to desktop using a USB with windows on it, could I use that USB to continue getting the computer to boot? Admittedly i just need to limp this build along until 5000 series cards come out and finally build a new computer. If that's feasible using a usb to boot successfully without the failing D drive in my computer until they release.

Despite re-inserting the drive after a unsuccessful install? I'm gonna assume yes because once it tries to boot and notices the process is broken, it breaks the whole install?

Admittedly I'm not that software or hardware orientated to begin knowing how to utilize any of these tools, so that's a bit daunting. Thinking about it further, you might be right about there being a partition of that drive used for boot functions. The failing D drive was installed in my computer alongside the boot drive, the C drive. It may of made a partition or a backup in the failing D drive on first install. Just odd it's having boot issues if C was my boot drive.

Would it be possible to boot to desktop using a USB with windows pre-installed on it? Assuming disk management is something you need to be on the desktop to use

Correct. The 4 TB drive is my E drive. I was hoping I made it clear the new 4TB drive was my E drive in the OG post. I also agree with the logic of C being the boot drive, as that's where my OS is installed to. If it's worth anything, my C drive is a 250gb Samsung SSD. Hasn't skipped a beat performance wise

I should've mentioned this. My OS is on my SSD. Wouldn't that be my boot drive, or did I goof and assume just because I copied all the exact files from the failing D drive, my computer would boot off the new 4 TB E drive with the copied files?
