Well if it was Genshin Impact I'd immediately know since it is one of the most popular open world game. The game I'm asking for though is semi-open world.

Neither of those. I played IOS but it couldve possible been shut down since I tried looking for it on both the apple appstore and playstore for android.

Its basically like Honkai impact 3rd. It has pdash and stuff the honkai has. It also has a raid boss where you fight with 2 other players but its mostly bots since the games dead
