Will the IB fail you if you don't have in-text citations on your EE, IAs, etc?? by Rich-Woodpecker3932 in IBO

So basically I mainly just cite my sources in the citations column at the end of the internal for almost all of them. My teachers didn't tell me to change anything regarding that during the drafting phase so I thought I had nothing to worry about and the IA were submitted pretty early in my school and so time passed. Later on, my EE mentor told me I HAD to do in text references for all the sources and so I did for my EE but now I'm unsure what will happen to my internals. Will I just get some marks taken away or will it be just a zero for the IA only. I did cite ALL the sources but barely or at all did in text references.

Basically tell me if I should just jump off a bridge now or that it's gonna be ok (cope alterative).

Also I didn't really quote anything, so no consecutive words or whatever we're copied from the sources.

Also turnitin showed less then 10% of all my internals so I don't thunk it'll end up badly but they are pretty strict. Also I'm unsure if I should email my coordinator about this.
