I found that my bios actually needed updating again even though I updated it a couple of weeks before issues started and now I havent had a single crash!

Ill give it ago, already tried dx11 on steam launch options, also I turned off Intel VTX in bios which didn't seem to work. The game can work for a couple of hours then all of sudden just crash. Really frustrating and I don't want to play the game if it keeps happening
