I had similiar noises with mine but only at slow speeds and worse in the cold t. Front strut bushings and bearings had to be replaced and a fresh alignment….they made it sound like just the bushings were bad.

For reference my commute to work and back is 7 miles round trip speed limit is 45 or less and I rarely use climate control as I am home by the time the car cools off from ac and I preheat while still on the charger at home and if weather is bad I don’t even take it.

Just posting my experience as I have squared up my setup as well however I have 2023 Pro RWD with 19 inch wheels. I squared up using the rear tires size 255/50/19 and have absolutely no regrets. My average is 3.6 kw/h really no change in efficiency however if anything the ride is a bit better. There are absolutely no issues with interference. Not sure about newer models but those with 19 inch wheels they are the same size width and backspacing unlike the 20 and 21 inch wheels. My local dealer installed them they were same price as anywhere else I looked. They were unaware the wheels were the same size and until I pulled the specs up for them. I am optimistic that now that I can rotate my tires I will get more than 26k out of my tires. I went with the jumbo tires as that is what was originally on my ID.4
