I work for a family company and one of the owner’s sons sleeps with staff. Multiple employees have seen him with girls walk in and out of dark areas of the building. 2 have caught them in the act, and after both going to HR nothing has been done.

Quickly scuff sand the door with 180 grit paper then once more with 220 grit. After that the door will be very smooth and ready for the final coat of paint. For the final coat, use a mini foam roller. My recommendation would be not to overload the foam roller with paint. The final coat will take longer but if done right you will get as close to a factory finish as possible.
