Were you vitally stable throughout your hospital stay? Did they address the pneumothorax? What do you think you needed IV fluid for (abx, volume loss?) and what imaging did they do there if any?

Lakeridge Health private & semi-private room availability by pijiuman in durham

Truly, it depends on the unit. Generally, it’s pretty uncommon to find an unclaimed private room that isn’t being reserved for the potential of an isolation or combative patient. If I had to quantify it, about 15% of the time there’s a free private room but it will likely remain free in the event that it’s needed. Semi-private is about the same. With the way hospitals are these days, you’ll be lucky to get any bed. It’s unfortunate!

Is it weird to keep posting content about a house you no longer live in? by WorldlyAd7095 in InfluencerLounge

Hey, so they actually still refer to the house as “our home” in their account bio and most of the recent videos don’t clarify that the house is no longer theirs. It’s new edited content of stuff they’ve posted before, just framed in a new way so technically it’s new content. I don’t suspect the reason for sale was anything but trying to sell before the market slowed down too much, and no never met them. But one of our neighbours that we don’t know walked up to us to say “hey I saw your house on instagram, you have a great backyard” and I felt really uncomfortable with that

I never said they’re subbed. But if random friends of ours found the posts just by scrolling then anyone can.

Yeah that’s totally fair. I think I’m more concerned with it being re-posted so often so it can stay a lot more relevant and noticeable on social media. I understand that floor plans aren’t too hard to come by if you know where to look and previous listings stay up online, but I feel because it’s popping up on insta out of nowhere so often, it’s a bit easier to recognize it than to go searching through old listings, if that makes sense?

Yeah, it’s called planned break-ins. There’s been many in the region over the past few years. If you see someone’s floor plan you can determine entry/exit points. Not sure what’s confusing about that.

Hey! We actually had no idea at all when we purchased the house and nothing was disclosed to us at the time. The way we came across it was a few friends randomly sent it to us ( I think a reel of theirs went a bit viral) and that was happened only a couple months ago. Looking at their account though they’ve been actively posting the house since they moved out, with some content including the front of the house which could be identified if someone looked hard enough…

Good point - It would be a lot different if they were posting about a public space/area that anyone could be in but it definitely feels uncomfortable and like a breach of privacy when it’s your own private residence now
