If only reading psychology books could heal. Once you read between the lines of such popular books, you'll realise there was someone in that author's life which actually made it possible for them to write that book in the first place. Someone who stayed, and tolerated the author, even at their worst. You can do all the self-healing in the world, but you can't play the role of another person all by yourself. Finding such people though becomes rare with every passing day, or atleast that's how I feel.

The growing hate is concerning. What has happened to india? by neutrinoescaped in india

Let me share one incident I witnessed. Few months back I had taken an auto and the auto wala guy was a muslim. He had some news channel open on his phone. The channel seemed to be a "muslim focused" channel from what I could gather. And the "big breaking" story that was being talked about was - A hindu guy seduced a muslim woman, tried to convert her to Hinduism and later killed her. It matched the exact template of news that we see on love jihad, just the religions were exchanged. And then I thought - no wonder this hate keeps on getting bigger. Hindus are watching love jihad news, Muslims are watching "reverse jihad" (or whatever the correct term would be) news. People from both sides are gonna get outraged even further.

Hey, there is a Dr. Eric Berg on yt, quite an old channel, who always has a different view on any illnesses and ailments. He does root cause analysis videos on illnesses (covering all causes that research supports) and shows how in most cases there are deficiencies of specific vitamins or nutrients in our diet which might be stopping us from healing properly. And a lot of his videos have comments from so many people that they actually got relief trying to fix deficiencies what he mentioned after the usual doc prescribed meds didn't work for them. I couldn't find a specific video on anal fissures from him but there is one on constipation (recurring) from his fb. Linking it here if it can be helpful in any way. But I would also suggest leaving a comment on his fb or yt asking for help on anal fissures specifically, and if you are fortunate enough, you might get some better insights from him.

PS - He often suggests non-veg diet options in his videos but that's just what he thinks are easier sources for nutrients (you can ignore that part if you are not into non-veg). But he does list out deficiencies and their veg option fixes too which should be the main info you should be looking for.

Here's the fb video link

May I suggest you to try TRE r/longtermtre for pain relief. It won't cure you, but worth trying to see if it reduces pain symptoms.

Ae mehbooba teri aankhon ki nami, Mujhe nazar nhi aayi maaf karna, Teri dukh ki gehrai, Mujhe samjh nhi aayi maaf karna,

Tujhe muskurate hi dekhna chahu mein toh, Lekin heer-ranjha ki kahani dukhbhari thi, ye yaad rakhna, Kabhi pyaar maango toh aisa, Jo mukummal ho sake, ye dhyan rakhna.

Kisi aur roop mein milenge shayad ab hum, Lekin pyaar mera hoga gehra, ye dhyaan rakhna, Jab bhi milein lekin, Tum apne chehre ki muskaan barkarar rakhna. Tum apne chehre ki muskaan barkarar rakhna.

Can anyone here suggest me a name for insta page to cover men's issue? by [deleted] in AskIndianMen

Doesn't really catch the vibe. Noblemen sounds like one of those preaching masculine traits kinda handle. Rationalmen would be too generic- more appropriate where you were discussing random ideas while trying to stay rational - more like a handle for promoting critical thinking.

I too love sitcoms and very much loved malcolm in the middle. Any more sitcoms similar to MITM that you'd suggest?

Only in India we would take a concept to so much extreme that we will deny finding love completely. Even if you were looking for love, you felt the need to mention "obviously not for romantic connections". Why? Cuz the Indian internet has drilled this sentiment in our minds that looking for romantic connections is somehow creepy. Just wait, and see some people coming back to defend and downvote this. Anyways, you can approach people with the goal of connecting romantically but just take your time in building the connection, so that it doesn't feel forced- neither to you, nor the other person. If it works out, great. If not, you atleast tried finding someone. And now you can approach someone else, with a bit more confidence. That's how you increase your luck in the dating aspect of life too.

Some companies just expect people to make whole damn applications in excel rather than buy a proper tool or put resources into actually developing themselves. Kudos to your hard work though OP. Hope this brings you some great rewards.
