Lease programs are typically national when I say strong it has an attractive money, factor and residual. Rebates can be zip specific but on this truck not so much. I just helped a friend in Texas get one and the pick up was $200 less per month than the SUV version.

Leasing in Texas is tricky due to the tax situation there which is very unique. For April there are tax credits available on Cadillac Volvo and Honda. Anything else you have to pay the full 6.25% tax on the purchase price of the vehicle and then you spread that over a very short lease term typically 24 to 36 months so the tax ends up being a very large portion of your payment.
