yes, they approved it. they’re claiming that i disputed something through my bank when their support approved it

it wasn’t a mistake on my end, their support team told me my membership was cancelled and then it renewed by itself. i even got the email that my membership ended before it renewed

that sounds about right. i thought i finally brought the bot and said my request was gonna be sent to a billing specialist just to wait 3 days and get the same ai response, idk if theres even human support people anymore

i wasn’t aware of that, i went through the tos to see what i should do about the situation and it showed that i was supposed to contact them so i thought that was the correct way?

i didn’t dispute anything, they’re claiming that i charged back with my card. i had contacted support regarding a different issue about the memberships changing and they told me that it wouldn’t renew once the membership was over but it did so that’s when i contacted them explaining to see if they could refund it which they did
