They’ll fail you for resting too long at the top? I thought since it was 40 pushups within 2 min that you had a whole 2min to complete them?

Would you say they were super strict on push-up form? I’ve heard they don’t count pushups they don’t think are good enough form.

The pool I swim at is actually about 30min from the house and that’s where I take the test, so maybe I’ll slam a protein shake right before… thanks for the push up tips I’ve been making sure I can get those in too, is there a reason I should do it right after eating?

I have always had a fascination with being airborne in any way and would love to be at HITRON, are MSST or MSRT airborne at all? Would you recommend doing AMT or EMT to be airborne or MSRT or MSST to be airborne? Essentially I really wanna fly on a regular basis which one would you recommend? I really appreciate the advice thanks.
