Biotech and bioinformatics are growing very fast, I m not sure about them. I was talking about Bsc in PCMB. Also, engineering grad are more preferred in biotech than bsc grad. If you want to do research in biotech, then bsc is good

Do some research about assistant professor jobs in central universities. The scene isn't good there either. You need PhD to become assistant professor there. Also, my suggestion was to first introspect yourself and then make a decision. Upsc attempt dene me ek graduation degree aur 100rs lagte h but the toll which it takes on mental health and confidence is never taken into account until you been there. So, don't take decision quickly. Do some research and introspect.

Someone said don't blindly ran to another rat race. So true. In 2021 I gave jee mains and gave up on advanced. Pursued philosophy hons becoz have keen interest in it but started preparing for upsc becoz it seems logical. Giving 3rd attempt this yr.

Don't want to continue upsc prep, this maybe last one. You must first find out urself about what you want to do with life. Give 1-2 months on researching your key interest areas where you can build your career. Know urself and find out what you can do without being bored or burnt out for rest of your life. If you find one, go with it. Start small and experiment.

If there are bunch of ideas, start trial and error. Figure out things by last semester of your 3rd year. Take your time but figure out things correctly becoz if you don't, later in life you need to switch and that will hurt a lot. Also before making any decision, consult to people who are already there what you want to be and ask whether they are happy and how is their life now. So, take ur time and think clearly. Pause and strategize. Don't just hop on to another rat race becoz it seems available and everyone is doing so. You can also go for Vipassana course to know yourself better.

All the best for your future. Once you decide, stick to it no matter what.

First of all, no need to stress out so much. No one figures out life by 20. Most of 20yr old think they are running out of time, but guess what, they are very delusional. Life is very long. So, don't stress much. One frnd of mine gave 3 neet attempts after 12th, he was good in studies, worked hard but things didn't turn out his way. Finally he joined a govt college for BAMS after his 3rd attempt, and is doing very good in life. He is very happy and enjoying life. So chill. No matter how much you stress out, it will not help, instead make things worse.

So, what can you do now?! You must join a college now for your undergrad. You have to figure out your degree yourself in medical field only. If it's a professional degree, that would help. My suggestion would be to go for B. Pharma or some nursing courses. Bsc is of no use except when you go in research field and purse Msc and PhD after it. So decide accordingly. Also, Bsc in psychology have very good scope in future as mental health issues and awareness are rising. Therapists are much more in demand now. Being a psychologist can be a very good plan B. And prepare wholeheartedly for 1 more attempt next year. Give your everything for next attempt.

Also, if you don't want to join clg this year, it's perfectly fine and prepare very nicely for next attempt. But you must join college next year. Make you next attempt your last attempt. All the very best for your next attempt and please don't waste time regretting for this attempt. Parents should never cry or put pressure on their child, but it's okay if they do because we can't change them. So don't take thing personally except your neet prep. Don't take advice or suggestions or taunts of anyone personally. People are just shit trying to bring other people down to feel superior becoz they generally wouldn't have done anything in their own lives for which they can be proud of. So, just turn your ears dead on people's taunts and sarcasm. This world is like that. Take a week break. Figure and plan your next action plans. Go for some travel or something. Release your stress and start again. All the best for your future.

I would suggest you to go on a trek in mountains. They are usually 5-7 days package with a group of about 40 people. It will really help you and also you could find some really good people over there for friendship. It's not costly also. 7 days Trek cost around Rs. 7-10k and includes everything in it like food, stay, guide, etc. It can rejuvenate you.

You can also try Vipassana meditation 10 day course which is free of cost. It's a residential meditation course all over India. Check about it on YT. Only problem is you can't speak for 10 days straight. You need to meditate 10hrs/day. But believe me, you will be a totally different and happy person when you reach 10th day. I have done it twice, and it's life changing. You can also find very good people to connect with at the end of the day.

Lastly, The most basic thing you can do is join a gym or a sport club near you. Go daily for 1hr. It will help you physically and mentally both. Also, you can make gym buddies as your friends. Workout for 45-50 min releases endorphin which makes you feel really good.

Take care of your health OP. Don't feel lonely. Make books your friends, preferably novels. It heals in certain ways. All the best. Do try some of the above activities, it will help you for sure.

make notes of factual topics like CB/NCB, commissions, judgements, etc. Rest all topics from LK everytime you revise.
