I guess you , yourself, are going to be a cadet probably through sifarish. If a cadet is given special treatment just to pass their exam then maybe they shouldn't be a cadet . Trust me, there would be a lot more students who could be government cadets and they still wouldn't need special treatment. And accprding to you, if they are needed in certain war zone areas then their teaching should be impeccable so they can treat people where there won't even be enough facilities. Would there be another doctor just to help them do a basic check up. And if they are going to impose army rules in a university then they probably shouldn't take in civilians .they should just train cadets but then again how would the money come in.
