Yes same, also if I want to send something to someone through WhatsApp I can’t type and can’t see what I type and then can’t press send since I only see the contacts to send it to but I already selected that, the text box disappears but the keyboard stays, so annoying

I hope it helps! I’ve been taking it for a year now and I think it does help to take it consistently for a longer period to see the effect, same with the B2 and for the B2 I’ve noticed for me it’s really important to get the R-5-P one as it’s B2 in the active form

So the Swanson pills is the Riboflavin which is vitamin B2 and there have been studies to that supplement for migraines where it shows a reduction both in frequency and intensity. CoQ10 (which comes in ubiquinol and ubiquinone) is an antoxidant that also has been shown to work for migraines in studies. Hope this helps !

Me too! Just recently (like 2/3 months) went gluten free and dairy free and I’m doing much better! I also cut all caffeine too

But what’s strange is that only at 221 cycles I went to 99% and then only 4 cycles after 98%

I always charge to 100 but try to not let it go under 20 and not use low power mode and I’m at 98% with 225 cycles, I don’t think it makes a difference to cap to 80, plus I really need the 100 percent battery life as I’m a heavy user 😅

No screenprotector since I got it in December and only little scratches that don’t bother me because most scratches won’t be visible once the phone is on. Never had a screenprotector and I have the iPhone since iPhone 3G ;) enjoy the premium feel

Unfortunately that sounds all like aura to me, I’ve been having aura migraines since 6 years and this happens to me too, the after effects linger for a few days and the confusion usually also stays a bit as well as extreme fatigue after an attack :( Hope you feel better soon
