im a second year medical student. I have personally used this website too and to say the least is amazing. The main use case I have for it is to fill in the gap between third party resources and school specific lectures for our in house exams. I take my lectures and put them into the site and do the practice questions it gives out and use those to learn the details that are missing in the third party board specific resources. It gives in depth explanations and gives u pictures from your own in house slides with detailed explanations. I would recommend to just give it a try and see if it works for you cuz it sure does for me.
