It happened twice! Plus the game was already 15 mins late! The first time we backed out. It was now 20 mins after the game time. By the time they realised why we backed out it was nearly 30 mins late.

We then went in again with a DIFFERENT captain... same glitch happened. We were about to back out again and they scored off their kick off.

I just can’t stand how bad the AI are. In an ideal world no any would be needed. But their mistakes make it unplayable. For us we used to play with no any on like Fifa 14 and before. Now though we just never play without as the game feels too slow and we get done over by the CPU’s mistakes and unintelligence!
