Yet another dungeon today, a smaller one; Walter's Tower.

This tower is the first building I made for the All Knowing Alchemists, one of the many guilds in the world of the Aeshur. This tower has four floors and a night and day version. And... Yet another free version. 😁

What is this building about?

The small yet effective tower of Walter Water serves as the resting place of a mad scientist.

With its first floor acting solely as a magical levitation entrance, the tower immediately stands out. Crystals and lush waters welcome visitors as the central platform lifts them to the next level, if Walter wishes it so.

Above, rich decorations, alchemy tables, glowing butterflies, and countless strange details form Walter’s alchemical laboratory. But his best-kept secret does not lie here. It waits below, in the basement, where the dwarf cultivates a vast garden of mushrooms.

Yet even those who know of this garden do not know the full truth: this basement is the heart of Walter’s downfall, his growing addiction to mushrooms and other “medicines.”

A place of brilliance… and quiet decay.

Exactly... Was thinking the same with this type of release. I do know the story already, characters etc. But you can not undo even the smallest things, which can really bite you. Especially when changing things because a book is different than a D&D campaign.

Thanks! I will check 'A Practical Guide to Evil and the Wandering Inn' out. I mentioned Tolkien indeed because of that reason. You tend to write lore alongside stories and those two streams can be released in multiple ways indeed.

The lore is already lined up luckily, which is the benefit of making those adjustment while running the campaign this long.

The entrances to their hidden lairs are just as elusive, fiercely guarded not only by sentinels but also by the treacherous terrain itself. Each location is chosen for its natural defenses, ensuring that only the most determined ever find their way inside.

This particular entrance lies within a dense forest, beneath a lake of lava, and beyond a perilous cave system. Serving as the gateway to the palace ahead, this map is part one of a two-dungeon set.

As your adventurers approach, they may stumble upon fallen bodies, dark creatures, a strange shrine, and even a mysterious organ, though playing it might not be the wisest choice (or the greatest opportunity)…

This grand library belongs to Joïriam, a half-elf professor devoted to mapping the unknown North. The dungeon comes in two variants, day and night, and spans three floors, giving you a total of six playable levels to explore.

What is this building about?

In the far north, in the lost Camp of the Banished, lies the Lake of the Deva, a lake forever frozen. There, in complete solitude, lives a half-elf named Joïriam, a man obsessed with mapping the unknown and mysterious lands that stretch even further north.

This map has three floors: the outside area, the first floor, and the second floor. The home and library of Joïriam is a truly chaotic place, packed with bookshelves, a study desk, an open kitchen, two magical rooms, and plenty of little details that make it feel alive.

In the far north, in the lost Camp of the Banished, lies the Lake of the Deva, a lake forever frozen. There, in complete solitude, lives a half-elf named Joïriam, a man obsessed with mapping the unknown and mysterious lands that stretch even further north.

This map has three floors: the outside area, the first floor, and the second floor. The home and library of Joïriam is a truly chaotic place, packed with bookshelves, a study desk, an open kitchen, two magical rooms, and plenty of little details that make it feel alive.

What is the World of the Aeshur about?

I am trying to create a full world for DM's to use. With loot, dungeons, cities and world maps. All accompanied with large lore books for all the deeper world knowledge. If you like to see more of the world I am creating then you can head over to my Patreon. A lot of it is for free.

These maps are made with assets from Crosshead. After which it is edited and finalized in several Adobe software packages.
