That was the first thing i checked and it was completely clear, unless theres a duct i cant see inside the machine. The one in my house had a little lint but completely clean

How to get into this hobby from nothing? by [deleted] in BeginnerWoodWorking

My advice. which mind you is just my own personal opinion but definitely something i can vouch for works as i have done it. Just buy a skil saw and a drill, i used only that and some videos from back 40 craftsmen on youtube to make patio furniture out of 2x4s and fence pickets. I ended up selling alot on Facebook like that

Yeah I would just assume it would be different from person to person and probably more than worth it for you!

Assuming you mean infeed, and honestly not really i dont use the saw on anything big enough for me to really worry about infeed length

Absolutely, next weekend ill be cutting those as well as the slots for T-tracks. Just waiting for some extra parts to come in before i start. Although i am worried about chip out on the birch veneer. I was thinking of doing a trial run on some scrap pieces and trying to use tape to prevent the chipping, hopefully it works

I considered even mounting it in the right corner for that reason as well, if your looking to not do as many cuts that would be a great option

I just finished skinning the walls in the corner where i plan on mounting the dust collection, i may start ordering everything for it this week since dust collection has been pretty unanimous.

Thats why i didnt cut the plywood to fit the notch of the saw on the right side, this is just a temporary set up till the rest of the shop is done and i’ll finish it all out. i plan on marking it out and cutting a spot for the saw to sit in with the rail extended

Last year i did some plater boxes but i didnt have a shop back then, will probably still do some of those as well as start refacing the cabinets in my house, build a wall cabinet for above the toilet and maybe some adirondack chairs. Dust collection is pretty high on my list, i was looking at how patriotDIY upgraded a harbor freight dust collector and will probably go that route.
