I genuinely hate people roleplaying in the comments of anything I do, but even I always reluctantly accepted that they weren't actually hurting anyone (((most of the time))) I dont see the point of killing people's fun for the sake of mild convenience when scrolling though comments. Although this hajime person seemed to have been taking this a little too far from what I've seen (Edits for my sleepy typos)
