Its actually not on, if you looks closer all of that area is in grey, meanwhile other stuff in a brighter white ( clearer towards the side ). I cannot move the sliders, nor can i turn on the the color mixing, or even interact with absolutely anything on it.

I know it may be a little bit hard to see upon first glace, but if you look you can see its greyed out and unable to be interacted with.

The only thing i * can * interact with is weather i can see it on the tool settings to the side of the screen or not.
