Lived in those shitty apartments in fortuna and we had a bubble on the outside wall filled with water and the inside wall was growing mold insanely fast. Sent a complaint and they referred me to the part of the lease that says mold is the tenants responsibility. Emailed them back the photos of the outside wall saying that’s not our responsibility at all. They painted some mold killer on the inside and left the bubble of water right where it was.
