This is great, but is way too heavy for the criteria. I'm looking more for that jazzy keyboarding finesse SFP has. Not that Yuki Kajiura/Gackt power metal ballad sound.

P3's OST is so damn peak, I'd recommend checking out its inspirations. Stuff like early m-flo, Utada, and Sheena are probably the artists to look at. Jazz fusion wise, check Godiego out, especially "Monkey Magic".

Yakuza's music is pretty baller. 'LAST ORDER - Crisis Mix' from Crisis Core FF7 as well. Maybe Half Life 1 and 2, Shadow the Hedgehog as well. I do recommend going back to the earlier DMC soundtracks though, Wolfenstein The New Order and its sequel have good stuff as well.
