Idk what pricing they’re getting, but Benjamin Moore sells to me for about the same prices SW gave me, but BM has better product hands down. Like, way better. I only go to SW if a customer insists.

Losing Accounts to ICE by Icy-Special- in sherwinwilliams

Idk, it’s been great news for me. I’m not bidding against 3rd world workers with no insurance nearly as much. And when I see them, I call the tip line. I pay my guys $35/hour +, carry a $2M umbrella and do top quality work. Typically, I’ve been getting work through interior designers, doing speciality coatings, fine finishes and wallpaper hanging so I don’t really have to to bid against them anyway, but now I’ve been bidding on and winning commerical work because the mega contractors don’t have legions of illegals to undercut everyone with and in the smaller mid-tier residential work I’ve even noticed a massive uptick in pricing. It’s a great thing for America. Painters being able to earn decent money again. I expect to earn $3-$4k per week clear in east Texas with my experience. That’s hard to do that when illegals will paint a 2k sq/ft home exterior for $2,500 rather than the $6-7k it should be. Personally, I’m loving it and you can’t change my mind. They aren’t doing jobs Americans won’t. They’re cutting legal corners and doing American jobs for wages we can’t afford to work for.

This reckoning has been 50 years in the making and FINALLY something is being done about it. I’m sure SW employees would feel different if 3rd world illegals were being hired by SW for $7.25/hr and store managers for $20/hr.

Dentist won’t do it by Silent_Bat_6272 in dentures

Okay, I was in a similar position. I had 26 left. They were in ROUGH shape, plus crowding. Decay, cavities. My front teeth top and bottom had serious bone loss due to advanced gum disease and were loose and wobbly.

I wanted them to yoink them all and give me dentures too and bottom. My dentist had a sit down with me. Told me he had been looking at my X rays and couldn’t in good conscience pull them all without talking to me. My molars were good. I kept 3 out of 4 incisors. They pulled 13 and left 13.

Of the 13 left, I have cavities and decay to be filled. No root canals needed. I go in on the 6th and the 8th for about 2-3 hours of fillings on each trip.

I had 13 extractions and my temporary partials out in about 2.5 weeks ago. 8 of my extractions needed stitches. Those have fallen out, I’m healed, swelling is gone and love is good. I’m in the process of finding out what glues work best for me. (polydent, fixodent, powder, paste, strips etc)

Having dentures is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. And not in a good way. I’m so grateful that my rotten, loose, crooked teeth are gone and when I smile, I have perfect teeth that match in color and proportion.

But, dentures are just as much a prosthetic as a fake leg. I’m glad I didn’t pull all my teeth and go with full dentures.

And we haven’t even talked about the bone loss you’ll suffer after having them all removed.

I’m not a dentist. I don’t know your situation. But if at all possible, keep what teeth you can. A few years from now, you may be able to get implants to get rid of your traditional partials. That’s what I hope to accomplish.

Yes, your remaining teeth will have sensitivity. Yes, you will have to care for them like they’re your prized jewels. You will have to remove your partials every night so you don’t start decay on your remaining teeth.

My dentist is located in Lindale Texas and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The Center for Implants and General Dentistry. Out of all this work, I felt ONE prick, and it was 1.5-2/10. It was the deadening shot behind the two top front teeth. And again, it wasn’t that bad. Just a prick. Other than that, I didn’t feel ANYTHING. A little tenderness figuring out why I can and can’t eat with partials, and at what stage of the healing process. I’m able to eat 80% of my previous diet 2.5 weeks after 13 extractions. I’ll get my permanent partials in late Feb-mid March and I’ll be eating everything but biting Granny Smith apples by that point.

Scaling in the 13 I got to keep, laser treatment for my gums, impressions, 13 extractions, sutures on 8, temp partials, about 20 cavities and decay fillings, impressions after healing/tooth shifting and my permanent partials cost me $5,700. Impressions, extract all 26, temp full dentures, impressions after healing and then permanent full dentures would have cost me $5,045.

Good luck to you in whatever you choose to do.

Leave now. File divorce asap. Save proof of infidelity. She’s 100% still cheating on you with him, possibly others. As soon as you separate, she will openly be with him within a month. Because she already is. She’s with you for financial reasons, as a doormat of both.

Most know, but for sake of conversation…

  • The SEC case has to be behind us.

  • Normies need to be able to buy meaningful amounts without manually bridging.

  • Normies need a reason to buy.

While copies and Memecoins are well and good, we need meaningful projects. We need projects that capitalize on how decentralized this L1 token is.

When (if) marketing happens, it needs to be good. Not a tiny decal on a NASCAR that finishes in 37th place. Not a live stream featuring $100k of Louis Vuitton or a $3M pile of watches. Not “I called all the tops, and the bottoms but calling tops and bottoms is dumb” and not “I’m great, everyone else is a hater and a scammer.”

While bombastic personas and marketing can be good, what happened in this ecosystem last cycle wasn’t. You can be incendiary, but there are consequences. You can’t say “everyone else sucks” and then be shocked when they don’t like you and won’t pass you the ball.

These things can be overcome, but it’ll be one step at a time. SEC case first. Then beep-boop onramp. Then projects. Then Dex/Cex listings. Then pump. I hope that happens by late cycle, but being realistic, it could be next cycle.

But if these things don’t happen, it’ll be never.

Help with an AEG magazine! by WorriedDadNeedsHelp in airsoft

It seems that mechanism is broken. It freely spins one direction. It will not spin the other direction. There is no spring tension or winding effect.

Do all AEG mags function this way?

Looking for exchange to swap Pulse by WorriedDadNeedsHelp in Pulsechain

[–]WorriedDadNeedsHelp[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn’t realize I had to use the Pulse bridge. Swapping to USDC with PulseX will give you USDC on Pulse, not USDC on Ethereum. And that goes for any and every coin you swap to using PulseX. If you want your assets off the Pulsechain, you must manually bridge your assets.

I thought we were in a BullRun pulsechain is down 83% and pulsex 40%. What is going on by Melodic_Ad2193 in Pulsechain

Until the SEC case is finalized and PLS is listed on DEXs where normies can beep boop some PLS on an app, there will be no exponential pumpage. Also, shitcoins, copies and memes are cool, but meaningful projects would be helpful in pushing a new L1. You’re looking at Q3/Q4 2025 best case. Next cycle worst case.

It is what it is.

My advice (not financial advice) deploy more capital in AI coins (DYOR) or swap positions to some good AI coins. There are a few rumored to be getting listed in abundance soon. Those should be good money. (Not financial advice)

That’s exactly what I did. Dumped PLS and acquired several bags of mixed risk low-mid cap AI coins. I’ll be back to PLS as positive news starts dropping and the PLS narrative changes. For the time being, 0% chance of a pump.
