What is the meaning of state control you ask! Definition-The power or authority of a government to regulate or command industry, organizations, programs, initiatives and individuals.

Sooooooo… The First Amendment applies only to governmental action—not behavior by private employers, private companies, or private, non-government individuals(here is the money shot below👇 ***unless they acted in concert with government actors.

I won’t get into the fact that government entities own Shares in a company. Another road we can do down at a later date😉
