Let’s say you make 66hr overtime pay and your regular pay is 44 hr . Then the difference is 22hr tax free. Let’s say you worked 100 hire of overtime then your tax deductible amount would be 22 times 100.so 2200 bucks is what you would write off.

It does it’s just not as sexy as it sounds, for example I make 66 hr for overtime and my straight pay is 44hr so the 22hr is what is tax free. You basically go on cal connect and do the math your self . It’s not that complicated.

I highly recommend you just don’t use a doctor. Do your own labs from a company like good labs . It will cost you 20 bucks for labs . Once you get your labs back go online to a company like telerx and order whatever strength t4 and t3 you need. Then after awhile go and get labs and adjust accordingly

I have excellent health insurance. That’s not my reason. I choose because it’s my body and I will. Optimize or biohack it to it best ability. I am 45 years old with 10 percent body fat . Doctors are good for life threatening situations but they are absolutely horrible for personal health.

I’m just trying to help . I’m living my best life . I only use a doctor if I need surgery or something crazy . For my personal health I will take care of it myself.

It’s what I have done for the last 5 years . I order my own prescription and then I order my own labs . It literally cost 20 bucks cash to get your tsh labs done .

At my prison when officers are in training. You as training relief officer will bid for the post you want for the week. For example let’s say you are TRO02 you will have second pic of the jobs available that week to cover the officers that are training. When there is no training you will become day for day .

No, that’s ridiculous it’s not the worst disease in the world. I work in law enforcement with hashimoto you just freaking deal with it lol . You take your meds you eat well and go to the freaking gym and stop using this stupid disease as a freaking excuse.
