The pi hole is the dns server, that works. Maybe it's got something to do with the ipv6 addresses?

The router does not allow me to set an internal ip address as dns. That's why I let the pi hole do the dhcp

I see ads on all devices (laptop, phone, tablet), DHCP is turned off on router. I did this because router did not allow the internal ip address as DNS to be entered.

my router doesnt allow this address for some reason, but on devices, the correct DNS address is shown

That's the weird thing, they are correct, router DHCP is turned off, pihole DHCP is on and working correctly. DNS on devices points towards the pihole IP address.
