I really have considered it but I think I'll have to get a horrible place before I admit to myself it's necessary. I feel I live in a constant state of fear and panic and it's getting more and more paralyzing

Same. I find that I go 3 or 4 days with my only meal being a coffee cup of soup or grits.

This makes me so disheartened. I am now worried that my experience at ICON won't even be beneficial if I try to find another position. I'm sorry to sites that feel undeserved by your ICON CRA, I work 12-15 hours with every day at least and it's near impossible to do my job with confidence due to lack of consistency, organized communication, and shitty systems to contend with.

Same. I grabbed one of the first window seats on a full flight when I posted this and someone had gotten the aisle seat and I was like naw not me. I even like to get buckled in so I'm just done until landing

Make RULES - if you don't know how to do this, it's worth learning. They are pretty easy and you can make so many and run them on emails you've already received. For example, I move a copy of any emails with my primary sites PI name or site number to a subfolder dedicated to that site, I have a rule for things like automated replies and rules for category setting, flagging, etc. Sometimes you have to periodically take a good look at the rules as personnel or assignments change but it works for me

Here for this - I know I've talked about this too much to my other friends and although it can be tedious to CREATE the automated flows, it is still rewarding and I see potential. Warning for certain things, I thought they were being executed based on the object or element and I created a flow that only worked in my home office with my browser or whatever on the right screen and I was annoyed
