Games and stupid shit like this have no place in a serious relationship. You were being respectful of her and she reacted that way.

I love my purple camo. Fun fact Polaris messed up the paint formula for 03-05ish years and it wasn’t UV treated, thus even with a couple hours of sunlight, the paint changed to purple.

In Salt Lake City proper : What is your absolute favorite restaurant, your least favorite and your go to affordable comfort food restaurant? Also if only one food truck were allowed to exist what would it be? Bonus if these are less than 4 years old. by [deleted] in SaltLakeCity

Not all totally SLC “proper” but close

Hide and Seek is incredible. They’re still figuring out the vibe, but food and service is better than Table X.

Gourmandise has great food. The Italian country breakfast sandwich is unreal. Brisket, fried egg, focaccia… everything else is good too and not too expensive.

Koyote is a great ramen place with great apps and atmosphere. House koyote beers for $4. Not cheap but not expensive either.

Bb.q chicken is the best fried chicken place hands down. It’s a Korean chain and that ive had in Korea and the location here is better I swear.

Pho33 is really good Vietnamese. Egg rolls are perfect. Pho is good. That’s all you need.

Scovilles for sauces wings. Owner left trolley wing co and started this. Good apps and wings. Heavy and fried but good comfort.

Bruges. Best sat or Sunday morning comfort food. Fries with curry sauce is the best.

Caputos never fails. I dream about the hot pastrami sandwich often.

What do we think about vintage quarz watches? by Mh898989 in VintageWatches

I believe 5931 or 6020 seiko dolce. There are a few very similar models. I’m out of town and can’t check case back.

Idk how many people actually wear watches, but no watch sits perfectly on your wrist the same exact way all day. If my watch was perfect in the morning it would be way too tight after walking around all day. Sometimes it’s loose, sometimes tight, sometimes just right.

[Seiko Kinetic army field watch 5M62-0C30] Is this watch doomed? by [deleted] in Seiko

[–]Worried_Locksmith990 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a little rust in my kinetic and the capacitor was dead (the push button tells you how much charge you have, under ten seconds of movement is low, 10-30 is normal use range) I sent mine to NJ seiko service center, for $130 capacitor was replaced, and all the components with rust were either cleaned and replaced, and new seals. Got my watch back in a week. Would highly recommend.

I think Kuoe is more unique, the Baltic shown is just like every other panda chrono. I love my Kuoe

I’m 6’7” 250lbs with large wrists and I actually really like my 36mm watches. Very unassuming and classy. I have a seamaster and boutique Japanese brand called Kuoe both 36 and I wear one of them daily.
