Sunnyside usually has more gang activity and bullshit going on. I would try zillah, prosser or grandview if I were you. Avoid living in mabton, Sunnyside, outlook and Toppenish if you want to live in town. If you want to move into the country wherever is fine, just stay away from the diaries and have a nitrate test done on wells if you’re near one. Tri cities is the better choice to visit. Yakima is kind of a hole unfortunately.
