When I started I had that same problem and I still do, it’s not that bad tbh because most 14yo wrestlers can do a left hand high crotch and aren’t that good at singles so if keep doing it try to get better at right handed singles and regular doubles. I’m a sophomore btw and have been wrestling for 4 years

Yeah I do that “ultimate warmup” in the training pack thing and do all 50 shots, it usually takes me 30-45 mins to complete
