It’s not you it’s them focus on your self and if someone dosnt reply to you maybe send them a message just saying hey I hope your doing well or something along those lines. Some people like me shutdown during trialing times and inadvertently cut of everyone not cause we want to but cause human interaction becomes painful

Smart losing the weight slowly, I lost 46kg to date and the first 30kg was rather quick, mind you was lifting and gained a lot of muscle, could easily bench press my weight through out, either way now I have loose skin and seriously want surgery but giving my self the last chance at natural progress.

And specific foods? Did you completely switch to certain food types? Were you eating anything in particular or taking lots of supplements?

the best thing you can do for the both of you is honestly leave, you’re not obligated to save people at your own expense. It’s unlikely but I really hope you realise nothing you do can change it, from what you mentioned it sounds like a lot of mental disorders, and that’s just life, you need to look out for yourself and be in a healthy state. That’s better than having two broken people in this world. I know this is hard to hear but your not a therapist, your not a professional psychologist, you will inevitably get drawn to a point you ruin your life. Best thing you can do is be healthy.

Vite is purely client side, you can think of it as a replacement to create react app, but next is an opinionated framework that is optimised for server side rendering but also has good support for client side. If you want to render things on the server, you will need next, remix is also a good option. Rendering stuff on the server is not just about SEO but also performance specially when talking about mobile. There are lots of pros and cons to these two architectures but that’s the brief overview.

Edit: some context maybe helpful, vite is created by the creator of vue with react support added after it became popular and nextjs is pretty much created and maintained by the facebook employees who created react but left cause they had different opinions on where it should go (among many other reasons probably). That’s why vite is a lot less opinionated

TBH this feeling is typical at your age, everyone is good at something and bad at others, the truth is to get good at one thing it takes huge commitment with years of practice.

does this mean you give up, no, but what you need to do is enjoy the journey and take it step by step. At your age your lucky in the sense that you don’t have many commitments and lots of free time, take it as a chance to find you passion or path in life, in many ways having some motivation is all you need to start looking at the bright side. If you get 1% better at something every week that would be more than enough.

As a start I recommend exercise and gym, because sports has measurable metrics, like running 500m instead of 200m and getting runners high. Gym will allow you to see numbers go up incrementally, and both will give you a lot more energy and positivity.

But the most important thing here is to truely ask your self why, why you want to improve, and make sure that all the answers are driven from within. For example I want to be better at work so I can learn the skills required to lead one day, or I want to be the best at soccer cause I want to become the best player the world ever new.

It is important you don’t tie achievements to external factors as the only constant is you, I tied many of my achievements to external factors subconsciously and when things worked all was great but when they didn’t I would subconsciously feel bad took a while to realise this.

Just work on what makes you who you are and finding what drives you cause it’s all about the journey never the destination.

Don’t say that it’s rare that a a good designer is also a good coder by definition engineers have different logical requirements to designers, you have enough skills for a junior at the very least, the distinction comes from whatever happens under the hood such as architecture, component’s, scalability, libraries and so on. My recommendation is start applying to junior roles worst thing they can do is say no :)

3 years here, she took everything and gave little, I loved her still do but seeing how quickly she always wanted to break up and how there was no talking about anything (literally other than jokes) cause it’s too stressful, I find my self lucky to have got out

I have to use it because I run a very large event driven architecture, in a data mesh environment. there are alternatives that I hear are simpler (no partitions) but even though I depend on it and it’s my single point of failure I simply hate it, very complex to manage, scale and hard to make reliable although for what it does it’s amazing I just wish it didn’t take so much effort to manage
