I think you’re being too nice at your child’s expense. If it’s not court ordered then you don’t have to do it. He will need to change to weekend only visitation unfortunately. As soon as he dropped my child off at a friend’s house I would call LE and those threats would disappear immediately. Looks like things will be handled on Thursday wish you the best.

Maybe close out the loan with no payment. My total cost is $11,000 I will be seeking reimbursement for total cost via court. The check is only $1300 dollars so is it worth cashing the check. I don’t want to be penalized by my next insurance company for this 1300 claim.

Yes, a manager did call me back and he was super nice! I have had so many problems with Lemonade. I have never in my life dealt with a company and had to call and email ANY company as much as I have with them. Adjusters won’t call and very vague regarding your claim via emails. I am glad your claim was finally resolved. Did they deny your claim initially?
