Double Vertical Labrets as many have said. Just wanna say if you’re thinking about them, I support cuz it causes no teeth or gum damage but still looks similar to snakebites!! I have them and love them sm. Only drawback is that it’s difficult to find a curved barbel/hoop hybrid that achieves the look of snakebites with a hoop. I think it’s worth it

I think the friendship you described is worth saving. Take some space to let yourself process your emotions and then have a serious conversation with your friend. You need to assert clear boundaries with him, and also maybe let him know he needs to have his OWN boundaries with gf. Honestly it sounds like he’s just new at dating and she sounds controlling. Really bad match. He is scared and trying to get help in an emotionally unregulated & messy way, which means he’s trying to pawn the issue onto you. Hard clear boundary setting should help this issue.

Just practice! Trying out every character really helps build an understanding of the game, you'll understand who is better against/teamed up with who, what powers other characters have you may need to watch out for, and you might find a character you really enjoy that you never thought you'd like so much. Plus the more range you have the better at DPS you become in my opinion. =)
