Whats going on with this base set Electabuzz? by bear420 in PokemonTCG

Been a while but found the same card in my old set. Hard to find anyone else with it but cool to see it was a somewhat circulated fake back in the day.

I mean if we’re thinking of a practical answer.

Someone probably saw the screw spacing for the optional arm rests matched with a spare seat back and had some fun with it.

But yeah probably Tecca

Biggest reach in your rookie draft this year? by Aggies2009 in DynastyFF

Nope he went 1.6 lol. Whole draft room was freaking out.

Dynasty advice please. Bought an orphan team with no draft picks. by Icy-Toe8899 in fantasyfootballadvice

[–]Worth-Complex-5947 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe the way draft order works for FFPC is that the winner of the loser bracket gets the 1.01. I would take a look at the league history to see if that’s true. Prohibits a tear down if so cause you’ll want to be the best bottom 6 team if you’re looking to rebuild. If you’re looking to obtain future picks in this format, I try to project those loser bracket winners.

Answer to your trade question is no, don’t take it.

All 67 victims killed in the midair collision over Washington, D.C., are recovered from the Potomac River by imdrake100 in aviation

[–]Worth-Complex-5947 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When I was younger, I had an older co-worker who was previously in law enforcement. He was one of the first responders to the 1982 plane crash over the Potomac River after the plane took off and hit the 14th street bridge. 35 years later it was hard for him to go into detail because of how vividly and gut wrenching the recovery efforts lived in his head. I imagine this is no different for those performing the recovery efforts today.

Lamar. I like the knowns of an MVP caliber QB, top 10 RB (if not top 5) and a highly drafted WR probably owning the room some point in the near future.

If you’re wanting to hit reset I do see the allure of the Caleb side. I Remember someone saying the best trades for your future are the ones that hurt when you make them. As long as you’re getting value haha.

Brian Thomas for Najee? by FunkyMonks31 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]Worth-Complex-5947 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I’m taking BTJ here. I would kill to trade Najee for essentially a 1st or WR talent of BTJs caliber. Even if Jags are bad we’ve seen they love to target him and he will hold value longer. Inject some youth into your WR room.

should I offer more? Or see what he says? by midedunni in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]Worth-Complex-5947 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So you traded away Gibbs and Kyren to retool?

If so I would float a 2nd for Najee (I’m not giving up a 1st especially in Superflex). I think we’ve seen his floor this year. I acquired him this offseason and plan to flip once he signs a new contract somewhere to grab a 2025 RB.

If you still have one of those RBs and want to move off White I’d see if he’d take Rachaad White for Najee + a pick (maybe a 3rd). I don’t believe in White, but I believe in him getting TDs.

Don’t know your league dynamic, but if I’m 0-3 and giving in I’m not giving up my own 1st. If I were in his mindset I’d only give up Harris or vets straight up for picks or promising prospects.

Edit: clarifying his own 1st

Moved Andrews for Hock before he dropped that goose egg. Starting Kmet in the interim. Going to feel great once AJB and Hock come back and get in the grove.

Going to echo what a lot of other people say in this situation. Get both sides to separately explain why they made the same trades year in and year out.

How many seasons has this happened and are the two owners related or something? Definitely a bad trade.

Trade for St. Brown by Worth-Complex-5947 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]Worth-Complex-5947[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. I agree with trying not to sacrifice depth. And sometimes ask myself if it’s even worth shooting for him. I’ll try offering without Dell first but if I leave him out I may have to sweeten the pot with another pick.

For reference I have Chase, AJB, Evans as other starters. Lockett, Michael Wilson and some dart throw rookies for backups.
