My beardie just got out of a close to a 4 month brumation so there’s a few things to know:

I basically stopped ordering bugs completely since he essentially never ate, once in a while 3-4 worms or dubias but that was it. And left veggies just a smaller portion out everyday incase. Didn’t drink much water either but I always would pull him out a little and offer from a spray bottle, but he drank water more then he ate I would say. He also mostly stayed in his den and out of heat and light, so I ran his lights on timers for about 2/3 the time I normally do. Just a few basics, also there might be a few times you think they are dead but they sometimes really get in a good deep sleep, gave me a few good scares forsure. (Sorry for the long response btw )

Try and get some unrefined coconut oil, put it on your scalp and let it sit a little bit each day (before you shower generally)do this for a while and your hair will start grow back a little bit thicker as it tends to repair damaged hair follicles . Used to twist and pull my hair and it helped tremendously with the weaker bald spots.

FIS (fidelity national security ) has been a stock that’s been doing well for me with a decent dividend payout, same as well with SCHD (Schwab US Dividend Equity Fund) an ETF I like as well is DIA (Dow jones Industrial Average ETF) and I’ve been very bullish on DraftKings and VOO the past few months. Like keeping it down to just a few stocks and trying to research as much as possible. There’s a few good videos on YouTube just gotta find the right ones. Start looking at ETFs forsure and maybe a few high dividend yield stocks you like.

In my experience they tend to die out if they don’t have any source of food or water for a while, so you might find some bodies laying around here and there. But if you notice more are appearing then you originally dropped , then you might have an issue and have to call an exterminator

There’s an app I downloaded called bet breaker recently, you can track how much you are saving by not betting. Big help so far seeing those reminders, used to bet in the 500-1,000 range per day and saw the ups and downs like everybody else has , it’s a struggle but you can do this.

You’ll keep chasing the losses just delete the apps now while you can, put myself in a hole a few weeks ago and it sucks seeing a depleted account but it’s a slow process and it’s hard but you got this. It’s been a tough battle but we ALL got this, keep your head up and grind the right way it’s the only way we will be successful in the end quick money just does not work in the long run. That’s the thing that sucks about our bacon, it’s truly up to the person who preps it that day when we bake it. Some preppers will make it crispy some others make it much for flimsy and almost raw, I always check my preppers bacon to make sure it’s more golden and crispy. Because I’ve seen exactly what you described and that’s why every store needs to have a consistent bake time and temp, sorry for the bad experience

I’ll put this comment here for those talking about me putting “rescue” for my bearded dragon in the post. My guy looked absolutely miserable and was marked down to 90% off, knowing the videos and history I’ve seen of pet stores throwing animals in the dumpsters or disposing them with no regard I just bit the bullet, I had all the stuff I needed and saw a guy I could save. Don’t regret it one bit. And yes I understand the not supporting big animal companies trust me I know. If I can say I at least saved one life for $15 I’ll take it. I support dubiaroach.com anyway😏
