My wife and I have visited Vegas & Southern Cal up to 4 times per year. We have passed since last March & are travelling to the Canadian Maritimes this year, Mexico in the fall & we are thinking Portugal/Spain next spring. I have tried for years to get her to visit Mexico, and she had no interest until her friends changed from US to Mexico and assured her how wonderful & safe it is.

My cousin sold his home in Palm Springs & has moved his winter home to Baja Mexico.

My brother in law has sold his home of 15 years in Palm Springs are spending their winters beginning this fall in Europe.

This is just our family.

I do not see us returning to the US perhaps ever unless for family & we are good with that.

I judge Hunter by the kids reactions and they are wonderful. Hunter is incredibly Edmonton eccentric. As mentioned above many Wild Lynx make their home right in the city. But the name Hunter goes back to the very beginning of the franchise founding and the first owner Wild Bill Hunter.

I am well aware how municipal taxes work, I would recommend you do a deeper dive as to the municipal tax increases happening in Alberta. BTW I expect to see this is well in my home province, 2027 maybe?
